LG Electronic India — LG is the cheater

Dear Sir, My Name is Prateep and I am from New Delhi. On 14.04.2015 I bought a New LG washing machine model 7567 TEELH-T from your authorized dealer JEEVAN JEE REFRIGERATION ENGINEERS (Ph: 011 – 41724008; Contact Person: Mr. Vijay) and the invoice copy (No:2015-16/36333) is attached for your reference. I received defective piece from your authorized dealer. There are dents on the washing machine. During Demo I have shown to your LG service engineer. Then I spoke to your authorized distributor also. They told me that they will replace it in 2-3 days. After 2 days LG Engineer came and took the invoice copy and told me that they will replace it in 4-5 days. Afterwards many times I spoke to your authorized dealer and always committed me that they will replace it soon. Now almost 23 days is over and still they are committing me that they are going to replace but when nobody knows always lies from them. LG means Life is Good but for me LG means Life is very Bad and its worst. I told to your distributor to replace it from your stock because they have given me a defective piece and came to know in the same day during demo. But still LG is making fool to customer and making miserable to their life. I never expected this type of cheating from LG to their customers. I have crossed my limits. I don’t have patience now. So I can’t wait any more days for replacement. Today I told your dealer to replace it before tomorrow evening or else I am going to hold your payment and sue in the consumer court. Also I will be going to buy other company make washing machine on coming Sunday. Afterwards there is no chance to use your defective piece. I hope if you really care about consumers you will take the action without any further delay and close this issue on tomorrow itself. Regards, Prateep +91 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

Again recd wrong commitment from LG that they will replace it before 12th May 2015. But as usually they failed it. So I hold the remaining payment and cancelled my credit card. So no more payments to LG. Now I am fed up with LG and requests them to refund my 1st installment and take it back the defective washing machine within 7 days from now. If no reply from LG, then the same machine will be sell in the open market to recover my money.

Thanks to LG for their worst continued service...!!!
