LG Electronic India — No services under AMC

I registered TV repair complain 25 days back and my product comes under AMC plan . Technician visited and suggest to change the parts but part is not available in warehouse so he responded like he will not able to fix the issue hence my complain is not resolved yet and I am not getting any response on this from anyone even though I am chasing to customer care since last 25 days on daily basis.
