LG Electronic India — Refuse to give warranty. | |||
Lg inferior products and fraudulant service quality A few months back purchased lg l90dual 410 mobile. Only after a few months it stopped working. Had faced horrible experience at every step. Shocked with the gross incompetency of lg and its employees. • they have a website which will make you hop on from one link to another without giving any useful information • called their service center number who was so drunk. After 10 minutes of wasting time he gave me a number of service center in wazirpur which has been closed several months back • on my own finally found number of a nearby service center in moti nagar, visited there and showed them my phone and warranty invoice. The person behind desk refused to give me warranty said that the phone is damaged pointing a minor crack on screen. I explained to him that this crack has been occurred several months back. But he insisted that i have to pay. He gave me estimate of 6000 for 11000 rs phone. Just a minor crack on screen and they null your warranty as if they just need an excuse to rip off your pocket. I said that i will complain to the company seniors to which they started shamelessly laughing probably they that in india consumer is helpless Overall a horrible experience i faced.
