LG Electronic India — Substandard Product and after sales service LG LED TV

Dear Sir / Madam. Please find below my complaints. The technician on Complaint RNA[protected]Ramesh Gupta) [protected] had visited my resident on Saturday 28th March in the evening after sending the mail to LG. As he had closed the complaint on his own without visiting or contacting. he inspected the LED TV and said that the Panel of the LED has to be replaced. When asked about the charges he said that the panel costs is Rs.14000 approx plus service tax 12.36% VAT 12.5 % plus Service Charge. That sums up to approx Rs. 16000 to 17000. The LED TV cost about Rs.31990. How fair is it to spend Rs. 17000 in just a span of 3 years on a Rs.32000 TV . Better it is not buying LG products. The Technician Ramesh Gupta himself admitted that there is a known problem with LG LED TV's regarding Panel. I feel cheated by LG as I have bought the product and paid all the installments to future group loan by working hard every month. I would really appreciate if LG replaces the panel and regain my confidence and faith.. Or else i will never ever buy or recommend LG product in my entire life and i will make sure that this is taken up on social media and all the complaint forums.
