LG Electronics — Ac not repaired yet, advance already paid on 9th april | |||||
Hi, I submitted a request (Rna[protected] to check my lg split ac (5 star) on 9th april as it was not cooling properly. I got a message in my mobile ([protected]) - my request has been given to northern service. One service engineer came on the same day (9th april, 2016) and after checking he told the outdoor unit condenser is leaking gas and it needs to be changed, the cost will be 6500 rs and he took an advance of rs 500 for ordering the same. After that, i waited till wednesday (13th april), but there was no response from lg. Then i called up that service engineer and he told me to book another request for making the process fast. I did book another request and the number is - rna[protected]. I got a message that it is in process. But till today, the ac has not been repaired. I complained to lg customer care today on that and they have told they will try, but i am really loosing hope on lg. I have two kids at my home and in this hot and humid climate, it is really painful for them. I am really frustrated now, can someone please help me? I called up the service engineer even today and he told that he is on leave today and possible it will be installed by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
