The service request was initiated on 22/04/15 but not attended to till date ... as given to understand would be done in 24hrs. Details in mail appended below. Dear LG Service, This is to bring to your notice that I had lodged a service requirement at your call center on 22/04/2015 vide ticket no - RNA[protected] for my window AC. As usual I was given to understand that the job would be attended to & completed within 24 hrs. However, I had to again followed up on 23/04/2015 with your call center & was again assured that the service engineer would attend within 24hrs. The status as on date / time REMAINS UNCHANGED after a LAPSE OF 5 DAYS. I write to you with the hope that the same will be RESOLVED BY TODAY. Also, fyi, this is not the first such instance & although your call center assures for a 24 hrs service but the same never happens as regarding to AC services. However, for W/Ms & M /O the service has been received well within 24hrs. Once again hoping for an early service from your end.
