LG Electronics — Air conditioner not working, complaint not attended

I have 2 1.5 Ton split AC under AMC, due to Gas leakage the AC is not cooling effectively. I have logged a complaint (RNA[protected] on 25th April 2014 but no service engineer called me or attended within the 2 hours as mentioned by the customer care representative. I called again on 26th April & 28th April to customer care, the representative on both occasion told that an urgent reminder would be sent. I gain called the Area Manager on the cell number provided by customer care representative, she said I would definitely get the service done by Tuesday 29th April but still now I did not receive any call from anyone.
