I have purchased a LG AC in March 2022, that AC remote is having some issue for that that I have raised so many complain but no one is responding .one time only a enginner has came at my place and said this you need to buy a new one I told him my AC is in warranty so why should I will buy .First time such kind of issue I am facing with LG whic is really a shameful and will down the image.fauth of LG in India .I raised a complain on CEO section as well bur no response .raised complain with CUSTOMER care but no response what tha ### management.
