I Have registered a complain on 21.05.2015 vide Complain No RNA[protected] for my 0.8 Tonn Window AC. The Service Technician visited the same day and requisitioned for Fan Motor. On next day he came with the Fan Motor and while replacing it he broke the blower. Again he requisitioned for the blower on 22.05.2015. Till now we have not got the blower as well as the Fan motor and the AC is lying unattended. In this humid summer such an lacklusture attitude from LG is just unimaginable. The service engineer is now telling that the Blower is not in Stock. It will come from Noida even it may come from Korea and it will take another minimum 7 days to resolve the complain.
Now LG has to decide why they employ such incompetent technicians who cannot replace a part. For the fault of that foolish technician why should we suffer in this hot and humid summer. I want a reply and resolution from LG immediately
