please refer CNA[protected], CNA[protected], CNA[protected] and lots of similar correspondence, calls and interaction with LG. i had purchased Refrigerator (model GL-305VV5, serial no 108NRKA068405) on 01 Sep 2012., I also paid for three years extended warranty in 2013 for the same. This Refrigerator has gone out to LG workshop thrice in last 2 years, other then "gas filling" at my home twice. This seems to be a "bad product". Last to last time when i had requested LG service engineer to change the model, i was assured that it will be replaced in case of further problem. however, again on my last complaint, it was repaired and sent back to me, after being for almost one month in LG workshop. Are LG guys waiting for the extended warranty to finish and then raise hands? and Now again the product stopped cooling...
I want and demand it to be replaced NOW with a new model Was this information helpful? |
