I have purchased lg washing machine through sales indian, ahmedabad on 14th august, 2015. after purchasing machine it started some operating issues related cloths washing related problem. i contacted customer care of company and they sent technician and he himself tested the machine by washing cloths. he confessed that there is problem in drum. thereafter due to sad demise of my mother we all family members were at our hometown siddhpur for 24 days. during this time they make phone call to me for picking-up machine, then i told him to send technician to pickup machine after 10th july. but meanwhile company closed my complaint without taking any action.
