LG Electronics — Company service centre does not have plastic parts | |||||
I am using lg refrigerator from last few years some parts of my refrigerator has been broken and company service centre is not providing that part for long. They told us that this plastic parts are discontinued and u have to search in local market from local companys, i talked to dsc manager of the service centre he also says same that i cant commit u about that part. Conclusion is that i have to buy whole new refrigerator for some cheap broken parts and company's policies are much good and customers are satisfied by their answers. Service centre dont have receptionist to execute customer... That all ur customers are satisfied with your service network Was this information helpful? | |||||

Since last week I am following up in having a service for washing machine by technical team but till now I didnt get any call. Also, I bought a new refrigerator but no person come for a demo. I got message that demo has done but no one has actually done it. Ridiculous service by LG
