[Resolved] LG Electronics — Damaged product replacement | |||
I have bought an LG1 ton ac (bsn121be thlg)anwfida s.no:512haujd2310 on 27/2/16 from Girias investments private ltd, Gandhipuram, coimbatore. The installation team found that indoor unit is damaged and need to be replaced. I called and informed the dealer for replacement. Whenever I call I got a false confirmation that the unit will be replaced immediately. I have made many calls and the calls are not responded with same reply. I have asked the lg authorised service center they asked to contact the dealer. I waited for two days without going any where but now dealer that he will not deliver today. I kindly request to prevent this type of problem to other customers Was this information helpful? | |||
