[Resolved] LG Electronics — Defective Product and Insensitive customer service | |||
I have purchased on slit AC in April 2013. Since then till April 2014 I have to book almost 10 service requests. And every time after a rigorous follow up the service people comes but fail to fix the problem and promise to send senior technician for which I again had to wait for 4/5 days. Once they found that the installation was not proper and hence took almost one month time to fix the problem. Once thy have taken the entire system to their work shop and when it came back I found lot of scratches in the AC which I complained to their Regional service head for which he promised to follow up but did not looked into after 5/6 call to him. Now also the AC is not working at all I am really fed up I request them to look into this, I have decided to take them to the consumer court for all the harassment, cheating and lost of peace. Even today I got a number from their customer service which they told that the person is head of customer service but when I call him he did not pick the call even after sending him a SMS also he didn't bother to reply. This shows their attitude towards customer and fraudulent intention to cheat the customers with faulty products. Was this information helpful? | |||
