Hi,
I purchased an expensive lg smart 32 inch tv which went bad. The technician and area sales manager of lg came to my house to take a look at it. Its been over a week still my tv is lying idle.
It is also a case of manufacturing defect and lg should recognise it. It should send a new tv to replace the defective tv.
On speaking to service manager, he said he hasn't got approval from head office. No one in lg customer care is helping me to speak to someone in their head office. I am stuck with a crap they call tv. Lg products are the worst.
