My Dear respected Sir,
I bought fridge on 08 june 2015.And it was stop working on 12 Sep, and your technical was inform me that PCB was damage which was shocked news to me such a new product happen this, however your technician replace PCB.Again on 30 Nov fridge stop working and it reported to your call center, as per your technician PCB as well as some other part also damage which is totally not acceptable for customer which seems to be your product has some manufacturing fault due to this every 2 month PCB is damaging. So this is my humble request you to kindly give me alternative solution rather than repair PCB.So i want to replace my fridge.
Above mention issue was already registered complain in Call center LG but it seems to they are intersted to solve my issue and i got reply from Customer service that they are investigate my case very sincerely, However i feel they are not sincere to solve my issue as they send me contact person number which is in given below mail is not correct guy who can solve my issue. Because when i speak to this guy he was telling me that he is taking care for West Bengal not Bihar. Even tough when i call service center GAYA LG as per them they are not getting any notification from your LG Customer center regarding my Complain which is look like your company is not forwarding customer complaint to concern department or person to resolve issue.
