Bought their brand new ac in april2017... Regular service was being done, in march 2018, got it serviced from lg only.
In may 2018 i complained that the airflow has reduced drastically... Over smart engineer comes and just serviced the ac again and says its normal and was only concerned about visiting charges.
Within 15days of his visit we felt the cooling also gone down, thought maybe could be due to heat, in july one day the cooling was completely gone, again complained... Engineer came and
1. Cleaned the fan in the internal unit which was completely blocked and overlooked by the previous engineer...
2. Says the gas has leaked... Will fill once, but if leaks again.. Will have to take the full unit and repair which can take 7-10 days... Within 10-12 days the gas has leaked again!!!
Ac worked ok with cooling going up and down...
Now in 2019, the cooling was less than normal, i raised a complaint online on 7th aug, the engineer came and said, gas has leaked... 4400/- will be the charges.
I think this is being done by the engineers on purpose, and i fail to understand why such issues with the products of companies like lg.
I need resolution of the same at the earliest, and dont want the ac to be taken for repairs, but need the unit replaced. Was this information helpful? |
Very disappointment with service and product. We are continuous follow up with them on mail or phone but no one is respond.
