LG Electronics — Fraud dealer and poor customer service. | |||||
Dear all, We bought the refrigerator from your dealer in ahmedabad maninager area, he gives commitment lot from l g company side but he has not compleated anything in that, 1st he has given creche and win offer, we bought we paid after that we visited showroom 7 times but there was no person in showroom who can give us the commitment that please come on the particular date. We have pain 47047 by credit care and he has to give same but the bill we have received 45900 only, He said that we will win minimum 1000 to 6999 in the offer but we won on 50 rs, that is a big fraud. Now we have recorded one video and in that he said now we will not get any service from l g and please do not come to my showroom, this experience we have received l g dealer. This is 3 refrigerator we bout from l g and we experience this from your dealer, We have not satisfied from lg please take your product back and please give us refund money Of as per offer please proved us same which commitment has been give to us, They have cc tv camer please check who is right and who is wrong, Even same day we visited other dealer they proved mini bar refrigerator. You have to proved same offer or you have to check that dealer is doing right or wrong because one of our friend bought same and different price, this is not right why we have pay high if cost is reducted from everywhere, If i will not get response form you i have to go in consumer care in ahmedabad.
