Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased window AC model no. LWA5CS3F vide bill dt. 20/03/14. Since then nobody from LG have ever contacted/visited for free service/demonstration from LG customer care.
On making enquiry I was told that as warranty has expired free service would not be given.
Please arrange for free service, which I am rightfully entitled.
