I bought a phone whıch ıs lg G4 6 months ago and ıt had startıng loop. I gave ıt to the customer service and they format ıt send back. After that, 2 february ı gave ıt again. It's been nearly a month. Yet, I stıill don't have my phone and they haven't gave me a phone for backup. I couldn't communıcate wıth any staff and general management in Turkey. That's why i'm trying to communicate wıith you. İ'm waıtıng you to solve my problem for maintaining Lg's quality.
