LG Electronics — Grievance on lg india regarding maintenance of lg 1.5 ton ac during amc period | |||||
Dear sir, My name is subhajit das. My address is: kapat hat (Harindanga road), diamond harbour, south 24 pgs. My registered mobile nos.: [protected] and [protected]. I’m providing details of my 1.5 ton lg air conditioner machine and the amc details bellow. Lg split 1.5 ton ac. Model no. Lsa3ar5t. Am2g Serial no. 206palp000208 Amc start date: 31/10/13 Amc end date: 01/11/16 Hlp plan code: [protected] Hlp no. Ne014722 Problem found: not cooling due to leakage in gus line. Grievance: engineer refuses to work due to short platform. But during amc inspection (Twice) and cheque collection it was never informed that outdoor maintenance is not possible. In the terms and condition section also no where it is written to build platform for outdoor maintenance. So i'll be putting the charge of harassment of my old parents (Age more than 60 years)and making illegal profit to lg india if this problem is not been resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I've already communicated customer helpline, the escalated the issue to Ms. Jayashree Dutta, but the problem was not resolved. Should I then move to Government Grievance Redressal cell for that?

Customer service personnel called me just few minutes ago and Ms. Jayashree Dutta was also was in conference. They were not able to resolve this issue at first call but he committed me the he'll call me back soon.
But still I haven't got any call from there.
I'm waiting for the next communication.

Customer service personnel committed me to call back but its already 6th day, no body called me on behalf of LG.
I've never expected this from a multinational company like LG Electronics.
