LG Electronics — Harassment to Senior Citizens | |||
Hello Team, I am based in New Zealand and in November 2012 I had bought a LG TV from Reliance Store in Dwarka model number LG-LCD32CS470 for my parents based in Dwarka New Delhi. Since 8th of April 2014 this TV has been to service station 8 times and the last time it was picked up for repair was on 14/06/2015. Can I please ask as my consumer rights that how can we have trust behind this product when its been already repaired. I have been working with a retail organisation here in NZ and we also deal with repair agents on day to day basis but we have never made our customers suffer for the failure of service given by the products. Can I please get a reply from you regarding how are you planning to keep your brand name's confidence in us.
