I bought 310 ltrs double door fridge in nov'15 and facing continues problem regarding cooling. 6-7 times attended by your technician but still the problem persist. The matter was highlighted number of times but there is no solution provided till date. There is no escalation matrix given for customer complaint and problem is being dragged by lip service only.
Requesting someone to take the note forward and provide the permanent solution other wise i got fed up with so much of follow up with lg that i have lost my trust in lg products. Despite number of reminder the problem is not being attended.
It looks like that we are being forced to adopt the legal action to address our complaint. Was this information helpful? |
