Pathetic service of LG technicians in repairing a simple squeaking problem. I have a front loading washing machine F8066LP. the machine developed a problem that it started giving a squeaking sound in spin cycle. I registered the complaint with LG and the technician attending the complaint suggested that the motor, bearing, belt, pump, pcb, belt and shocker needs to be changed costing something around 8-9K. The technician did not make any effort to check the root cause of the problem and suggest a solution. As per my understanding the bearing is damaged causing the squeaking sound and vibration. If every part of the machine is to be changed then I would rather buy a new machine and certainly not from LG.
