Sorry to say verymuch disappointed with your service...
Purchased inverter ac from metro cash and carry yeshwanthpur on 20th march 2016
Choosed lg because of our bad time...
Booked for installation wide number rna[protected] on 23rd march 2016
None turned there till now 01.04.2016, 11 am
Called customercare many times... This also a nightmare because it takes minimum 25minutes to 1 hr to attend the call.
And promised it will be attended with priority..But no response still.
They gave bangalore lg direct number and called them 3 days back.
Recved info it is assigned to someone named rajesh([protected]) and gave phone number.
Called him and got reply it is assigned to another person named mahesh.
Called him and gave someother number. And he told installation wll be charged rs. 1500...
But i got confimation from metro that the installation is free...
So visited metro 29th and they called the number [protected] and confirmed it will be installed next day...
Called on 30th in this number to confirm the istallation.. Got the reply that they are in rt nagar area will give the other number ...
Yesterday 31st again i called bangalore service center and got the strange reply that due to door lock it is pending... I dont know which door?? We are there 24 hours...
No response still……
Just want to cancel the purchase …
Sorry lg fedup.. Didn’t expect it from a reputed company….
No proper followup and checking the status of services…
With lot of hope i neglected other brands and choosen lg….Will not repeat again… thanks for making me understand…..
