Hi,
I had purchased a mobile handset model lg70+ with s/n [protected] for verification bill is enclosed with the mail. My concern is since one month my handset has been creating some technical issues and i took to nearest lg mobile centre "elcom trading co. Address: 308, 3rd floor madhuban building, nehru place, new delhi, delhi 110019" as a customary action. On first visit to cc they scrutinized the handset and reinstalled the os by saying its ok now, then after few days my mobile tend to hang again the i went to cc again then again they reinstalled the os, despite asking them why such problem is persisting they were clueless and conveyed me that if again it happens we will change some hardware.
My handset was never ever treated like it had some fault, they were just reinstalling the base os. By the time my handset gave up its life it was completely dead and couldnt be charged and was throwing tremendous heat while charging.
Third time at cc they took my phone and assured of hardware replacement. I returned with the receipt and was told that you will get a call in a weeks time for your mob. Today after two weeks i got a call that mob cant be repaired as its emi no is out of warranty. I mean what the hell they were talking about, my mob is under warranty as per the bill invoice.
When i asked them to mail me the whereabout the process they just refrained from it, infact the manager of the service centre mr. Krishna kumar sharma talked irrationally with me and said nothing can be done here and we will not mail you.
Is this is type of service care you provide and you hire manager who is inefficient to handle the customers.
Kindly look into the matter at the earlierst or else i would go for an fir and to consumer forum against the renowned company lg. Was this information helpful? |
