This is to bring to your kind intention that i have purchased 2 LED K Series in Feb' 2014 through a local dealer and was informed that 1st time installation is free which can be anytime. However, have called customer service centre and they clearly denied to take my request and informed that service is chargeable as product has turned out of warranty now, have spoken to Ms. Rashmi and Anuj Singh area manager however they are also of no help. Pathetic post sales service, no-one is ready to take the responsibility to inform complete details about the product you bought.
Request to you to get this installed without any charges.
