[Resolved] LG Electronics — Led tv defective | |||||
I brought an 42inch LED TV of LG on 20.07.2015for an amount of rs 56000/-. On 25.07.2016 i noticed a defective in the LED screen which i informed to LG service toll free no (RNA[protected] is the complaint registering no. I was called back by the service team from Trivandrum and told me that the repairs cant be done at home and i need to bring the TV to the service center, and i went there. They told me the warranty of the TV is expired six days before and the repairs cant be covered under warranty. The repair cost is approximately 35000/-rs. A TV which is brought for fifty six thousand and use only one year it is not fair for a company like LG to charge me such a huge repair cost.
