LG Electronics — LED TV out of order

Purchased LED TV in 2013 from Bundelkhand tv ctr Banda UP 210001, From the begining it is not functioning well.I have lodged complaint to you for rectification, but neither fruitfull action taken by you nor by authorized service centre, now it is out of order. In the month of feb 2015 touch panel has been changed by service centre and i have paid Rs 800 and receipt was not given by service centre, now on complaint technician telling that it can be repaired on the change of main panel for the worth of Rs 8000.I have purchased the TV for Rs.13000 and repairing hase been done by you for Rs.800+8000 with in one and half Year. Please consider the matter special, because your steps are not judicious.
