We ordered lg 1.5 ton inverter ac on feb 2020. And the installation went well, we paid around 1800₹ (Approx.) as installation charges. Everything was working unless 3 or 4 months later, we noticed when raining, rainwater is flowing inside the house.
We filled a service request, and the technician came and did a general service. When we enquired about the solution, he says, we have to do a reinstallation of the ac and that would cause another 1500₹ and more. I would like to know who's fault it is?
Why should we pay for the fault down by the technician? I strongly get disappointed by this. If its fault by the technician, it should be corrected free of cost right?
Even the wall is damaged. How can i live with waters? I was feeling comfortable without having ac. But after using this ac, no one in the room can sleep peacefully.
I have complained 2 times, still no resolution from the lg service team. They call and enquire, asked us to send us the installation bill when we sent it, they are not responding. It's raining here and water is coming inside the house. What kind of service is that?
