I was using the 75SK8000PTA model 75”LED tv..but the panel warranty has finished 5 month back…The we’re small lines on the upper screen which was negligible started 8 months back..but we couldn’t understand that was the start of panel complaint we thought it may due to some voltage variations or some picture clarity difference by the time then it increased and we registered complaint 2 weeks back.when they inspected and told that it was panel complaint that we noted 8 months back. But due ignorance or overconfidence of Lg products in our minds we neglected it 8 months back..we believe that Lg products are more durable and will not get damaged within the warranty period was a misconception..
The profit was bought for 2.65 lacks which was a huge amount due to our trust in Lg product…
So to change the panel within this short period damage will be a great financial burden for our family…
