LG Ac was got serviced by M/s Vaibhav aircon, Atul kataria Chowk, Gurgaon in June 2015. The fault they detected, gas leak. This season when the season started, there was no gas and there was no cooling. I requested the Vaibhav to look in the matter, they reported that there is no gas. How, can gas be leaked during off season. When the ac was not working from sept to April, 16. I told to repair it without charging, as there was deficiency in service, but was told that there is no provision for free service. I sent several mail to them, but instead of promise nothing happened, and most summer went. This is the case of deficiency in service and it needs attention. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Contact N0. [protected], [protected]. The matter is under discussion for the past one month, but nobody is listening and finally LG refused to give any relief and they are not interested in repair the AC. LG service is only mincing words and not interested to fix the problem. Just passing time and saying that looking in the matter.
