I had purchased lg micro oven mj3283bkg on 27.04.2014 worth rs.26500/- with addtitional 2 yrs extended warranty period apart from the regular 1 yr warranty. We had purchase it when we were staying in jayanagar. It was working fine till april 2016, but from that month the oven the temprature display board stopped showing the output of temperature and we immediately inquired with the vendor devi international from whom we have bought the oven, they inturn asked us to do online complaint request to lg support and we did it on 21.04.2016 and on 22.04.2016 lg representative mr. Ateeq pasha attended the complaint and said that the panel board has gone and that he would replace it after getting it from lg head office by 10-15 days time. We stopped using the oven. He charged us rs.286 for his service. After repeated follow up he came with a board which was not fitting in to the over which we had. Again he requested for some time to get the right one and said that this time if the doesnt get the right panel board he assured of replacing with the new oven. Meanwhile we had shifted to a new house in rt nagar. Again we had to start up the whole process of online compaints so on & so forth. We did, complaint no 206116. Again mr. Rajshekar did all the thing what the previous representative did. But ultimately no solution. The lg is not proving the correct panel instead they assembling with bit & parts of some other ovens, which is not at all acceptable. From more than 2 months we have just kept the oven at our house which is not use after investing of huge amount rs.26500/-. If this is the service we the customers are getting in the warranty period, what about the post service. This is highly intolerable. Either you refix with new panel board and provide us with the working condition or else you buy back the oven and provide us with the new one. You tell us the difference we need to pay for it so that we will discuss with the vendor. We need the above said issue to be solved with int 10 days or else be prepared to face the severe consequences for the invonvience your company has caused us. The post sale service is tooooo bad.
