[Resolved] LG Electronics — LG not fulfilling to its promisse | |||
Hi, I purchased LG Washing Machine from Vijay Sales Pune and that time LG was having Lucky draw for people who buy their products. On our purchase we also fill our details for Lucky draw and later we were told that we have won Microwave. We didn't get anything even after following up with Vijay sales for more than a year. Vijay Sales executives inform that they haven't received it from LG and are following up with them for the same. I have purchased Washing machine in Feb 2014 and today its May 2015. I would like to try once through this forum else i will escalate it to Higher management of LG India. I am attaching challan for your reference Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After i raised the complaint then company reached me and fulfilled their promise LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
