LG Electronics — LG Side by Side refrigerator - Compressor damaged within 1 year - waiting for replacement from 30 days

Dear LG management,

Very pathetic service by LG customer service support team. I have bought LG side by side refrigerator costing 90, 000 rs but its compressor damaged right after 1 yr of its warranty. I have got extended warranty for additional cost.

Raised request for compressor replacement but waiting for last 30 days and the reason they are telling is "out of stock".

Never expected such kind of poor responses from LG reputed brand like this.
