[Resolved] LG Electronics — Lg smart tv 49 inches -still not working... Its the third month after i raised a complaint with lg | |||||
Dear sir, With great regret, i would like to escilate express complete and utter disappointment, anger with your lg for my smart tv, 49 inches. I would like to make a complaint and inform you that i have purchased a smart lg tv, 49 inches on 16th feb 2015 and within a span of 6 months some technical issues developed with my lg smart tv ie screen blackout in between... I raised a complaint with lg and when they visited there was no blackout but i made a video to show them what i was referring to about the black out which was off and on. This incidence is reference to in dec/jan 2015 when my tv was still under warranty. Your technicians took for granted saying tv was working fine and its under warranty so no issues and if again problem persist we will look into it.. Now in feb again i made a complaint that total blackout and till today my tv is not working. It’s being two to three months now. All technicians visited tried to change each and every part thinking motherboard problem, power issues etc... But all in vain. Now tv is out of warranty... Who will pay hefty amount to repair this lg so called smart tv...49 inches... My two lakhs amount gone for a toss... Such a financial loss, time & money energy waste. I was quiet happy with my samsung tv and never received any complaint till date. I want solution rather than techicians visting me with and checking the tv 10 times. With a request to repair my tv, i am struggling hard to approach the right person to raise my complaint. I want to submit my grievance to the company. If you truly value your customer i would request you for a waiver for what part is faulty still unknown and repair my tv a. S. A. P. I never expected such kind of service from your end. These issues go against the goodwill of the company (International brand lg) and leave a negative impact on the company and staff.
