LG Electronics — Lg tv faulty and want refund | |||
Hi Mr I have purchased an LG TV worth Rs 54, 000 and with in 3 days I started facing issue.Engineer visited and misinformed us that it is not a hardware issue.He did it twice and you can check the same in your records.However, when I escalated the same he came to check with a DVD player to check the sound quality and as per him it was an issue with the system board and replacement was provided for the same.Please find attached the bill along with DOA(Defective on arrival) letter for your reference. It is almost 14 days after the warranty has expired and and it seems like the issue has reoccurred and the sound quality is not good.Request your intervention as I only want refund for the whole amount .I believe it is an issue with this product and even if you repair it will reoccur in future.I hope the same can be initiated without me going for any other route. Please share update on this
Lg is carrying on with pathetic response to customer and they do not wven acknoweledge the issue.spoke with some gaurav who is rude and unhelpful ans should not be in customer service.please assist or else need to escalate further
