Hi,

The service center is denying to provide me service as my location falls between both their Area of Service, The service guy from Marathahalli says this location belongs to KH road and vice versa.

I have raised 3 complaints on the same issue and the first the complaint was raised on 20th of April, I havent been getting a proper response from the Customer care nor from the Service center.

Also, the response from them was not proper and he has been disconnecting my calls since 3 days.

These Guys are least bothered about the reputation and brand value of the company and they behave so cheaply. I would want to return my machine if the service doesn't arrive by today..

I have also raised a concern with CONSUMER COURT, Below is the Docket number for your reference

I want a strict action to be taken on Pradeep and a strong warning to the incapable marathahalli branch TL's who are bending to their tune.

I will take this to consumer court if they fail to provide me a written apology for their misbehaviour.
