LG Electronics — Lg water purifier - poor service and asking excess money for amc

— i have bought a lg water purifier in the year of 2014, it cost rs-30, 300 (including vat), from the date of purchase we are not satisfy with the product often it creates problem, in the warrenty period in can manage with the warrenty, but after it is too expense for the services, so i decided to take a amc, that too they are asking one year amc amount nearly 8000, and they, ask me to pay extra for service before punching the amc. so i'm very much mentally disturbed with lg water purifier, my money and valuable time is wasted by buying this waste product, these people are cheating a middle class people like me in the name of brand lg, so do the needful as early as posdible

I am kavitha gunasekaran from chennai, we always buy LG product only but after seeing your customer service and product, we are very much frustrated, when LG launch water purifier, I think we are the first customer, the dealer of your company person took a photo of my husband saying that we are the first person to buy this product, so pls do something to hold your customer like us. Regarding my complaint you person contact me, and they told me to solve my problem, but again what they did is gave a request for AMC in the name of me, I need a proper solution, other wise take ur product back,
