[Resolved] LG Electronics — microwave demo | |||
We purchased a microwave on 18/05/14 and was delivered on 19/05/14. Today 20/05/14 the LG person was supposed to come by 7.PM and we rushed from office and reached home by 7 PM. LG person arrived by 7.30 PM and without doing the demo he just went back. and we got a message that "as per customer request it is rescheduled". We did not ask for any reschedule. We called up at LG customer care and got a reply that they will take up with higher authority. Now again we need to make adjustments to be at home for ur persons demo. Just because of LG person's irresponsibility we are facing problem and not able to use the oven which we bought to save time on working days. Was this information helpful? | |||
