[Resolved] LG Electronics — Mishandling of my LG Plasma TV by LG engineers and their misbehaviour

This refers to my complaint and series of reminders about mishandling of my Plasma TV by LG engineers and their misbehaviour. I need to report that in spite of my various reminders, the TV has gone from bad to worse after LG service staff took it away to their workshop and kept it there for 4 days. So far, nothing has been done to attend the complaint. The mother Board was changed unneceessarily and charged which did not result into any improvement. In spite of various reminders, nobody has bothered to attend to the compplaint except a telephonic call which also never came back. My TV is lying unusable. I do not know whom to turn to for this issue as the service center head Mr. Anuj (NOIDA) chooses to not respond and whenever he does, misbehaves and is very rude.
The complaint pertains to 10th JUNE 2015 and I have been following up with LG since then but no respite. LG as a company is not bothered to do anything about it and seem to have left it to "outsourced" service agency who do exactly as they feel.
