Hello,
This complaint is against my LG smart phone. The problem is with the touch. Phone was complaint and repaired three times under warranty. At the third time when I found it complaint, I asked the customer care to replace my phone, as I lost the trust.
If I repaired again it will show again the same complaint, based on the past history. But they are not willing for that, and they promised that they will do something if it found complaint again and convinced me that they have changed the major parts so the same problem will not happen again.
It again shown the same complaint, 1.5 month after warranty period. I went to customer care and informed them the situation and about the promise given to me. But they refused every thing stating that now the phone is out of warranty and they can't do anything and the Manager who given the promise is not with them now.
Now my phone is with LG customer care service center.
