[Resolved] LG Electronics — Pathetic service from engineer despite taking service charge | |||||
The product is LG microwave grill wavedom MG-2341BR. This wa a the 3rd time I had to face menu oanrl issue. Complaint no. RNA[protected]. Date mid Apr16 . Engineer visited house diagnosed the problem took service charge and later 2 week gave a call that part is available. Despite several follow up the engineer never turned up. Once he gave reason his sister was not feelibg well and couldn't attend for couple of week. It was fine with me. Its been 4 months now and nobody bothered to attend the service. When I called up today 26aug 16 I was informed to restart the complaint cycle. This is most pathetic service ever encountered ftom a known brand like LG. Was this information helpful? | |||||
