LG Electronics — PAYMENT made for AMC ON 09 April 2016 RECEIPT not received | |||||
Dear LGIndia, I am Kamalakar Powar, I have taken AMC service for my water purifier on 09 April 2016 by paying 6444/-. for which I have submitted the cheque. and amount has been deducted from my account. But Till today I have not got actual/Original receipt for that ., After calling to customer care I got response saying " Contact the dealer person who came to give the AMC", The person who came to do water purifier servicing has done the AMC. Now that person phone is switched off, His details : Mr Anthony number : [protected]. Please find below email which i got after submitting cheque to him, Request you to please refer the same. and Provide the Original receipt for the same. and also dealer details from which I have taken the AMC.
