I raised a complaint with your customer care no. on Thursday, 29th Oct 2015. The RNA no. is[protected]. The next day, a technician by the name Krishnamurthy attend the issue that i raised with my LEC TV procured less than a year ago. The find the fault and raised an indent immediately for a spare part with your team. Informed that Saturday the spare part will be allotted to him and he will fix the issue by then.
Unfortunately, there was no response from him until saturday evening. when called he said that he is yet to get the part and will definetly fix it on Sunday, i.e. today, 1st Nov 2015. Until this time no response from him. Reaching his mobile number failed as he didnt atten the call.
When i called your customer care number, they asked me to talk to the Service Incharge Vishnu Vardhan on [protected], but again he has no courtesy to respond to many of my missed calls. Finally when i got Krishnamurthy on line, he informed that Vishnu Vardhan is not handing over the spare part as auditing is going on and instructed us to talk to him.
My question to you is having bought your procured is it a curse that we should run pillar to post to talk to your executives to know the status?? I have to cancel all my appointments on weekends and mere waiting for a response which seems not at all coming! Was this information helpful? |
