LG Electronics — Poor customer service and no resolution after multiple follow ups

The complaint was registered regarding LG refrigerator which broke down 5 days back for which we have lodged multiple complaints but no action has been taken so far.
The customer care is incompetent and the engineers and managers we were redirected too are irresponsible, unresponsive and inefficient. They have been bouncing us off from one person to another - stating everytime that the location doesn't come under their area. Have made multiple calls to the supervisor, Mr. Nitin and area manager- Mr Gagan Verma but to no effect.
Apart from the fact the refrigerator is not working from the past 5 days, the attitude of the customer service professionals is disappointing and the cutomer is being harassed .
