LG Electronics — Poor quality of led 32ln5120 model

LG Electronics being a good company in terms of products and services. We have purchased LG LED 32LN5120 vide Invoice number LG-0066 dated 8th April 2014 from Guman Furniture And Electronics, 61 Mansarovar colony, Kalwar Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur 302012 for Rs 26500 believing that LG Electronics is the best in Electronics segment. On dated we have reported to LG customer support service that we are facing audio-visual problem in our above mentioned set. Customer service agent attented us and reported that screen panel need to be replaced as it is not repairable costing Rs14000. Sir, we belong to a middle class family and purchased the above set after savings of years. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that the same can be replaced to us free of cost.
