The bad customer experience with one of the LG product purchased recently, i.e Nexus 5X.
After 5 days of Nexus 5X product purchase, I have reported quick heating of mobile at LG Care, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. They informed me that they are expecting Software Update upcoming few days which shall resolve the issue. Hence I waited for the same.
Even after 30 days I have reported the same to LG Care that my phone is heating up fast and hanging up frequently. They have informed me that there seems to be Hardware issue and have replaced the same.
Even currently I facing lot many issues with the purchased phone. Phone is heating real fast, Hanging up on 20 mins usage, Auto-Switch off frequently and not holding Charging for longer duration.
I am afraid as this might yield higher problems in the near future as the Problem Facing issues increased over time.
Would request to replace my Mobile with another and have the issue resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
