[Resolved] LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd. — Brand new machine, complaint not attended. | |||
I purchased a new LG washing machine model No.T72 FSA 12P on 30.10.2013 from M/s Pro Visual, Bhadrak. Sameday LG Co. mechanic visited my house at Gopabandhu Nagar, Chapulia, Bhadrak, Odisha-756101 and fitted the machine and shown us the DEMO. on 1st Nov., the machine had shown problem; water did not automatically flow to the machine. I lodged a complaint with toll free customer care No.[protected] on 9th Nov and in the mean time I also personally contacted the concerned mechanic . Till date no body attended the complaint.
