I have purchased a refregrator from vijay sales vashi in the month of may 2016. which is not working . the complaind has been attended 3 times still it is not working. yesterday ie on 5.9.2016 i had registered the complaint twice wherein it has been promised that the technician will call within 2 hrs. when i called today i came to know that no complaint has been registered

To day again technician attended & saying that there is a probblem in sensor which he will get. Now i want that new refregrator to be replaced as there are many probblem with this refregrator
